Delta Piezio Tap Probe Mount

A new J-groove style hotend mount that incorporates a piezoelectric disc sandwiched between two layers with just a slight amount of give to detect when the nozzle taps the buildplate

this product comes with the 3D printed housing/mount, piezoelectric discs, a PCB board with two adjustment screws that will detect the tap and send a signal to the motherboard so it acts like any other probe.

• This product is a Z-probe sensor kit using piezo electric bimorphs technology to provide precision auto bed levering on 3D printers.
• Of all the other sensing technologies being used in 3D printing I believe this one is the best at present. Nozzle contact is a direct measurement and there are no x, y and z offsets. Allowing the whole printable area of the bed to be probed.
• It is permanently mounted so no servos to setup, and no issues with repeatability between probings. Any type of tilt in the carriage or effector does not result in probing errors being fed into computations for bed levelling or calibration.
